energy psychology & Spiritual Fitness Topics
Our one-on-one Energy Healing and Coaching Services are designed to work with you on an individual basis to promote health & wellness. Services include coaching tips and a variety of healing modalities such as Reiki, Body Code, & Emotion Code all performed remotely via email or via Zoom.
Individual Remote Sessions

Remote energy healing incorporates a mixture of the following modalities of healing: Reiki, Body Code, Emotion Code, Easy Entity Release, Healing Remembered principles from the 7 Days of Healing, energy medicine tools & Emotional Freedom Technique. Sessions are performed Thursday through Saturday. The service includes one 30 minute zoom session to discuss your issues followed by 4 summaries sent by email of the remote energy sessions and suggestions to support your personal growth & healing experience.

Individual Virtual Sessions incorporate all aspects of the coaching relationship with principals of energy psychology and my background as a mental health counselor. In these sessions we will identify patterns of fear in your life and learn how to use energy healing and energy psychology principals to help you change and transform those patterns in order to experience healing and increased balance in your life. Sessions are scheduled by email Thursday through Saturday. The sessions are sold in a package of 4 as significant healing happens more often with several sessions to focus on an issue.
